RUPS Nusa Palapa Gemilang (NPGF) Approved to Distribute 30% of 2024 Profit as Dividend
Gresik, June 24, 2025 — PT Nusa Palapa Gemilang Tbk (IDX: NPGF), a national fertilizer industry issuer, announced the distribution of a cash dividend of 30% of its 2024 net profit to shareholders. This decision was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held concurrently with the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on June 11, 2025.
The cash dividend to be distributed is IDR 895.5 million to shareholders. This decision reflects the Company's commitment to providing sustainable returns to investors, in line with its continued positive financial performance.
NPGF President Director, Ujang Suparman, stated that the dividend distribution is part of the Company's strategy to maintain a balance between business development and return to investors.
"This dividend is a token of appreciation to shareholders for their support and trust, and reflects the Company's strong and sustainable financial condition," said Ujang.
Furthermore, at the meeting, the shareholders also granted full power and authority to the Company's Board of Directors, with the right of substitution, to carry out all administrative and operational actions necessary for the distribution of the dividend, including determining the schedule and procedures for distribution to investors.
The cash dividend distribution schedule is as follows:
• Cum Regular and Negotiated Market Dividend: June 19, 2025
• Ex Regular and Negotiated Market Dividend: June 20, 2025
• Cum Cash Market Dividend: June 23, 2025
• Ex Cash Market Dividend: June 24, 2025
• Recording Date (List of Eligible Shareholders): June 23, 2025
• Dividend Payment Date: July 7, 2025
In addition to distributing dividends, management also presented financial performance projections for 2025. NPGF is targeting sales growth of 30% compared to the previous year, in line with market expansion and efficiencies in production and distribution.
"With positive momentum and support from all stakeholders, we are optimistic about increasing sales to IDR 218.4 billion in 2025. This aligns with our product development and market penetration strategies, which we continue to push," added Ujang.
All AGMS and EGMS agendas were conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and reflect the company's commitment to good corporate governance (GCG).
